About Us

Leap Ahead was created for the purpose of increasing Real Estate Ownership for the "Underserved Communities".

It is our goal to help people achieve financial security for themselves and their family members by means of real estate ownership. The opportunities are vast and the economic benefits are immeasurable, considering the large percentage of people being left out of real estate ownership.

Our focus is to work with people throughout the whole process of becoming a homeowner, starting with finding the right property, creating relationships with financial institutions and financial management training.

Owning real estate is a huge undertaking and could be a life time commitment which within its self can be intimidating. We are here to help provide a road map to both Pros and Cons and realistic situations.

This is a “All Hands On Deck” approach and must be viewed as a community effort. We believe, the more people feel invested in their community, the more they take pride in it and do their part to make sure it is safe and successful.

The economic benefit to all level of governments are innumerous; taxed revenue will increase at all level which could mean better infrastructures such as school, medical facilities, communities programs, to name but a few.
